Staff are so friendly, generous, the facilities over all are amazing. They have Bathroom bidet, holy Qouran, Prayer time, Sajada. Every thing is suitable for Arab families.

I’m used to traveling the world and staying in 5-star hotels, but I have to say — the level of service here was on a whole different level. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. Everything was flawless, and the attention to detail was simply mind-blowing. We were unexpectedly upgraded to a Corner Suite with a stunning lake view for our honeymoon, which was such a lovely surprise! The handwritten congratulatory note, signed by every member of the staff, was a truly brilliant and unique touch. We kept that letter as a souvenir Thanks for making this stay memorable

This is a luxurious boutique getaway. Prepare to be pampered. We loved the privacy of the place, the crowd is small. There are hiking opportunities around the area, breakfast is delicious and as expected- the spa facilities , gym and pool were excellent with some amazing views. Service was fantastic.

In one word, perfect!! In 3 words, heaven on earth. The hotel is amazing, the view cannot be captured by any photos. A luxurious hotel, yet the elegance is not extravagant. The staff is amazing, never seen such a willingness to help and serve, they are so nice I cannot find the words. The breakfast is amazing, the infinity pool is breathtaking, and the view and location are amazing. One of the best hotels I've been to. Felt like home and I miss it already. Looking forward to my next time there.
